Jeep Jamboree - 6th Coal Mountain 2017
This past weekend I attended the Jeep Jamboree - 6th Coal Mountain 2017. This Jamboree was held at AOAA Trails in Coal Township, PA. As is customary on Jeep Jamborees I arrived on Thursday afternoon to register and have the vehicle inspection, on Friday and Saturday we hit the trails.
For Friday I chose to take the Mud Mining Trail. This was a 12 mile trail that took on through the off road park. We had a number of hill climbs and other obstacles to overcome. We all had a great day and the Trail Guides were fabulous.
On Saturday I took the Ho-BT Highway. And it was like a highway, we did 18 miles, it was non-stop wheeling! Lots of obstacles and great views. Had another great set of Trail Guides. And one of the guides was Nate from the Jeep Talk Show. I was able to see the go pro gimble he has been working on.
I put together a video of the weekend and it is on my youtube channel and below.
The photos I took along the way are all posted below, just lick on them to enlarge
